Investigated and analyzed power quality issues with several rides throughout the park. ET ride with harmonic problems with VFD's. Kong ride with voltage stability and harmonics problems with VFD's. Dr. Seuss ride with audio interference problems. Recorded multiple circuits on electrical feeds, drives, and motor. Loads to verify recommendations for corrective action to improve reliability and maintainability.

Performed the acceptance testing of a new multi-million dollar data center (Tier III). The system consisted of Quad redundant power distribution system and dynamic switches for eight Powerware 750 KW UPS. We used twenty-six Dranetz 4300's to record power quality, transient response, and harmonics of the entire data center UPS electrical system and back-up generator emergency power system.

PQ Testing set 47 Elite Pro power loggers to record voltage, current, kW, kVA, kVAR, and power factor for thirty-day load study for government requirements to add load. We have over 70 loggers to monitor load profiles simultaneously.

Investigated electrical grounding and bonding of the security system for the hospital. Performed two point and three point ground measurements as well as the lightning protection system. Made recommendations to correct identified deficiencies. Suggested surge suppression for trouble areas of sensitive camera computers and their network components.

Investigated utility billing disputes. Metered the utility feeder and resort subsystems proving the utility metering was incorrect resulting in revenue savings. Tested all motors and transformers per IEEE specifications. All motors and transformers were found to be in specification. Preventative maintenance infrared inspection identified several hardware failures to be repaired.
